Maintenance Plan

Net Optics prides itself on manufacturing the highest quality products. All products are engineered, assembled, tested, and shipped from our headquarters in Santa Clara, California. 

Overview
The Net Optics Maintenance Plan is a uniquely integrated service and support solution that extends the coverage on designated Net Optics products for up to five years from the purchase date. We recommend that you purchase the Maintenance Plan when you purchase your Net Optics product to take maximum advantage of the coverage the plan provides.  It pays to keep your maintenance plan active; you will continue to receive maximum value for just a small percentage of the purchase price.

Five years of security
All Net Optics products come with a 1-year manufacturer's limited warranty. For the first year, repairs and technical support for products under the 1-year warranty are provided free of charge (subject to terms of warranty). Continuation of the Maintenance Plan will be offered in 1-year and 2-year packages, with the 2-year package only available at the time of purchase.  Equipment registration is required to receive access to the Customer Portal.

Plan Level Details

The Net Optics Standard Plan provides the following benefits:

• Technical Support (phone and email)
• Free-of-charge hardware repairs
• Access to the Customer Portal for standard software updates and information

The Net Optics Extended Plan provides all the benefits of the Standard Plan plus:

• Access to the Customer Portal for premium software updates, major enhancements, and bug fixes.

The Net Optics Advanced Plan provides all the benefits of the Extended Plan plus:

• Next business day shipping of advance replacement hardware (where available).  Eligible products include:
  • All Director models and components
  • All xStream products and components
  • All non-i Fiber Tap products
  • Designated Copper Tap models – TP-CU3, TP-CU3-ZD, PA-CU, IPA-CU3, TPA-CU3
  • All Indigo Pro models
  • Designated Aggregation models –  LA-2400 series
  • Designated Bypass models – IBP-8000 series
  • Designated Regeneration models - RG-800 series

The Net Optics Premium Plan provides all the benefits of the Advanced Plan plus:

• Access to Technical Support 24 x 7 x 365.
