Eldad Matityahu Eldad Matityahu is the Founder and Chairman of the Board for Net Optics. He created Net Optics in April 1996 to provide innovative, state-of-the-art technology for customers to Tap into their Network. Fueled by Eldad Matityahu's commitment to customers, dedication to innovation, and drive for excellence, Net Optics has achieved global recognition for its cutting-edge passive monitoring solutions, and partnerships with the leading security and network management companies. Under his direction, Net Optics has been profitable for every quarter since its inception. The company continues to post double-digit growth after having doubled in size for each of its first five years. Eldad Matityahu's vision and leadership shape the strategy at Net Optics. With his guidance, the company has expanded in ways that create bold, new products that anticipate Net Optics' customers' needs. A primary goal is to support the Net Optics team with the best possible tools and opportunities for success, so that they can better serve Net Optics customers. Prior to founding Net Optics, Eldad Matityahu provided marketing and business development leadership for AMP, now a division of TYCO, Incorporated. His background includes several entrepreneurial endeavors including the development and sale of multiple global ventures. Eldad Matityahu studied Business Administration at San Jose State University.

Bob Shaw As President and Chief Executive Officer of Net Optics since March of 2001, Bob Shaw implements the company vision and strategy. He motivates the executive team to stay focused on helping Net Optics customers win in their markets. Under his leadership, Net Optics has achieved consistent double-digit growth, launching more than 25 new products, acquiring over 700 new customers, and expanding Net Optics' global presence. Shaw brings both Fortune 200 management and start-up experience to Net Optics. Prior to leading Net Optics, Bob Shaw was Sr. Vice President of Sales for Noosh, a market leader in collaborative enterprise communication for the Fortune 500. In addition, Shaw has held Senior Vice President leadership positions within sales, marketing, and operations for the $1 billion business unit at RR Donnelley & Sons Company. During his years at Donnelley, he also served as a general manager at one of their state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, where he guided 300 employees to reach new performance benchmarks for the company. Shaw holds both a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Geneva College in Pennsylvania.

Burt Podbere Burt joins Net Optics with more than 21 years of experience in senior management, finance, accounting, global operations, public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions for small-cap and Fortune 500 companies. Most recently Burt served as CFO, Senior Vice President, Finance, and Chief Accounting Officer at Epocrates. During his four-and-a-half-year tenure, he completed nine financial statement audits and led the company through a successful IPO in early 2011. Before joining Epocrates, Burt served in a variety of senior finance roles at both Adterative and Symantec. He also spent over four years at Amdocs, a provider of software and services for medical billing, where he held several international roles including General Manager of Amdocs Software Systems Limited, based in Dublin, Ireland and Director of Finance for Amdocs Canada, Inc. At Amdocs, Burt designed and built two Shared Service Centers spanning all of EMEA and Canada. Burt articled at Ernst and Young in Toronto for over four years in their corporate audit practice. Burt is a Chartered Accountant and holds a B.A. in Economics from McGill University.

Dennis Omanoff Dennis brings over 25 years of executive experience in operations and quality control to Net Optics. Most recently, Dennis was Senior Vice President, Supply Chain and Procurement, for Seagate Technology where he led strategic direction and overall performance of Seagate’s global Supply Chain and Materials organizations. Prior to Seagate, Dennis was SVP and Chief Supply Chain and Procurement Officer at McAfee, where the company achieved industry-leading results for low inventory backlogs, low cost of goods as a percentage of sales (COGS), and high annual inventory turnover rates. Dennis has been recognized industry-wide for building strong teams that deliver best-in-class, metrics-driven results with proven processes at successful enterprises – from pre-IPO to public companies — focused on Security, Storage, Networking, Telecom and Retail. Omanoff was appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce to serve as a Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Examiner. He lectures at universities and is a frequent keynote speaker at industry events.

Charlotte Matityahu Under her leadership, Net Optics has experienced aggressive financial returns and growth. She recently directed expansion of the Accounting and Finance departments, enhancing shareholder value by adding rigorous financial analysis components to core company procedures. In addition, Matityahu had developed multiple growth and accountability programs to achieve new benchmarks in employee satisfaction and performance. Having held various accounting and finance positions, Charlotte Matityahu brings more than 11 years of entrepreneurial and business experience to Net Optics. Charlotte Matityahu attended the American College in Richmond, London, where she studied pre-med sciences.

Sharon Besser Sharon Besser has successfully created, developed and launched new security products for some of the industry's leading technology vendors. Before joining Net Optics he served as Vice President of Product strategy for Application Data security and compliance leader Imperva, which he joined after serving at Websense, a leading provider of content filtering and web security solutions, where he was director of products. At Websense, Besser was primarily responsible for Content Protection Suite, that was recognized by independent research firm, Gartner as the market leader. Prior to Websense, Besser was director of products at PortAuthority Technologies, a provider of information leak prevention solutions which was acquired by Websense. Besser also served as director of Security Solutions for security vendor Check Point Software Technologies. Earlier in his career, Besser founded PubliCom a provider of integrated data security and communications solutions, which was acquired by COMSEC. Besser holds a BSC in Mathematics, Computer Science and Geography from Bar Ilan University in Israel.

Dennis Carpio Dennis Carpio is a Silicon Valley native with more than 18 years experience in the networking industry, including 17 years at Net Optics. Dennis has held several customer facing positions at Net Optics from Technical Support Manager to Director of Product Innovation. In his role as VP of Strategic Partnerships, Dennis focuses on the development and growth of key partner relationships. Carpio has played a vital role in identifying key technical advances in order to drive the product roadmap pioneering Regeneration, Bypass Switching, Aggregation, and more recently the Director, our award winning, industry leading Data Monitoring Switch. He continues to use this broad experience and work ethic to lead a larger team to drive the next level of strategic alliances and innovation. Dennis attended De Anza College and San Jose State University where he studied Business Management; as well as completing the UC Berkley Product Management Program.

Shlomo Gurfinkel Shlomo comes to Net Optics with more than 16 years of engineering experience. Most recently, he served at Broadcom Corporation where, following Broadcom's acquisition of Dune Networks, he served as Manager, Applications Engineering. Prior to that, Shlomo worked for Dune Networks as Director of Customer Support and Applications, North America, where he was responsible for the success of Dune's customer system implementation, from architecture through design and development, and extending across the entire product life cycle. During his long career, Shlomo has held engineering positions that include VLSI designer, FPGA designer, board designer, and system engineer. Shlomo earned his B.Sc in Computer and Electrical Engineering at Ben-Gurion University.

Shelton Liu As VP of China Operations, Shelton is responsible for Net Optics' global expansion into the China market. Prior to Net Optics, Shelton was Project Manager for the Routing/MPLS development team at Hyperchip USA and also served as Senior Software Development Manager at Fujitsu Network Communication (FNC). Shelton's more than 21 years' experience spans ATM, SONET, Ethernet, IP Routing, and network traffic management in leading telecom and datacom systems companies. His undergraduate and graduate education was at Tsinghua University, Beijing. Shelton took his Ph.D. education at the University of Connecticut, Storrs, CT.

Brian Brouillette
Most recently, Brian served as Vice President, Global Services Strategy, Operations, and Partners at Juniper Networks. Previously, at Hewlett-Packard, he held the position of Vice President of the Data Center, Mission Critical Network Services, and Education Services. His responsibilities included worldwide P&L oversight for four service lines. He led three major acquisitions, and ran the Enterprise Service and Support business, Services strategy, operations and partner programs. Brian holds a B.A. in Business Administration from West Virginia Wesleyan. He and his wife and two children enjoy snow skiing, mountain biking and distance swimming. |

Gideon Marks As head of corporate development Gideon Marks brings to the Net Optics executive leadership team more than 26 years of experience in the high tech industry. Marks is a past Managing Director for both Montgomery Securities and Garage Technology Ventures, as well as Chief Financial Officer of The RAD Group, a data communications and telecommunications group of companies. Marks' career accomplishments include taking three companies public on the NASDAQ stock exchange, and leading three others to successful merger and acquisitions. Marks will apply his extensive background in finance and business development to lead corporate development at Net Optics. Marks will be responsible for introducing Net Optics to new prospects, joint ventures and working with third parties. Gideon studied at Tel Aviv University where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and an MBA in Finance. |

Bill Padgett As VP of Manufacturing, Bill is responsible for all facets of manufacturing including production, control and planning, inventory, logistics and quality assurance. Padgett brings more than 16 years experience in high technology manufacturing to Net Optics, with expertise that spans both SMB and Fortune 100 companies, where he has consistently built successful and lean manufacturing programs. Before joining Net Optics, Bill was the Senior Director of Operations at FLEXMedical where he cultivated a customer-focused team dedicated to meeting commitments tripling existing revenue. Bill Padgett earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and also holds an MBA from Boston University. |

Kim del Fierro Kim brings to Net Optics a career spanning more than 18 years in high-technology marketing, with deep experience in media relations, marketing communications, event planning, brand and vision/image building, and marketing program strategy and implementation. Her leadership role at Net Optics includes developing, structuring, and overseeing our highly successful global marketing and public relations initiatives. She also takes the lead in establishing and maintaining our competitive positioning and in communicating our company vision, capabilities, and Customer First philosophy throughout the industry. Prior to joining Net Optics, Kim led the Marketing team at Cyclades Corporation, the foremost provider of out-of-band network infrastructure solutions. The company, subsequently acquired by Avocent Corporation, benefited from Kim's ability to build successful marketing programs - which contributed to a 28 percent sustained annual growth in revenue. Kim earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of California, Davis, with a minor in Rhetoric and Communications.

Deb Shaw Deb's responsibilities at Net Optics include providing our customers with first-class service and innovative technology. As Customer First Manager for more than ten years, Deb ensures that our industry-leading sales team provides excellent service to support the health, integrity, and security of the customer's network. She instills the Customer First philosophy in every aspect of her responsibilities, making sure that customer needs are met with personal attention and technical expertise. Through Deb's leadership, she is dedicated and accountable for building and retaining an engaged Sales Team, resulting in revenue growth and customer lifetime value. She reflects the Net Optics commitment to providing excellent products and service to our customers and building lasting relationships. Prior to joining Net Optics in 2000, Deb held executive positions at such firms as Russell Reynolds Associates in Dallas, TX; U.S. Strategies Corp, in Washington DC; and Jack Eckerd Drug Corporation in Largo, FL.

Uwe Skrzypek An executive with Net Optics since 2006, Uwe currently serves as Director of International Sales, with responsibilities spanning the entire world outside of the U.S. and Japan. In Europe, Uwe's major areas of focus are Germany and the U.K. Before being promoted to his current position, Uwe served Net Optics as Business Development and Channel Manager for EMEA and APAC. Prior to Net Optics, Uwe worked as Product Manager and Director of Sales for EMEA at systeam GmbH (today Brain Force AG), located in Langen, Germany. In that position, Uwe extended the systeam reseller channel to Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, as well as building the Net Optics reseller channel for systeam during the years 2000-2006. Uwe's technological expertise extends through TAP technology; passive, non-intrusive monitoring access; Deep Packet Inspection in converged networks; dynamic Load balancing; and filtering up to 10G.

Kathleen Schober As Director of Human Resources, Kathleen Schober brings to her position exceptional leadership skills and more than 20 years’ experience spanning a broad range of disciplines, industries, client groups, and accountabilities. Her strengths include strategic planning, employee relations, staff acquisition and development, policy development, compensation and benefits, coaching/mentoring, and organizational planning. Previously, she served as Director, Human Resources for a 200-employee company, where she worked with senior leadership to design the organizational structure, evaluate staff competencies, and ensure appropriate compensation. Kathy’s experience encompasses researching and implementing a comprehensive Human Resources, payroll, and timekeeping system. She has also edited and implemented all HR policies/procedures including the Employee Handbook. Kathy has taught Human Resources at the college level and is a graduate of the Stanford Executive program. She holds an MBA in HR Management from Golden Gate University and a BA in Business Education from the University of Wisconsin. |

Lonnie Tsai Lonnie Tsai brings over 13 years of experience in accounting and finance, and five years in System Administration to her position as Net Optics Financial Controller. In her current role, she oversees the preparation of financial reports and the budgeting process at the company. Prior to joining Net Optics, Lonnie worked as a system administrator for Wave Wireless and also for Global Crossing. Lonnie attended San Jose State University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. |
